The vigesimi of Ojaveda is Torkesyn Rabani, an elderly male enkidukai who resides in Ojaveda. His kindness is legendary -- word has it that he would give a stranger the armour off his back if he thought it was needed. Because of the [[Ojavedan Plague]], Torkesyn remains under quarantine and unable to attend council meetings. It is known, however, that he is still alive and keeping order within the contained walls of Dsar Sarraghi.<br>
