Description
Rabartus is a muscular Enkidukai wearing plate mail armor. He shrugs his shoulders slightly to settle the weight. Carrying some weapons, he appears ready for battle. He also carries a small pouch on his belt that seems to move slightly of its own accord.

Together with Jefecra Harcrit and Bevon Damerr, Rabartus is one of the Hydlaa guards responsible for security in the vicinity of the Plaza, including Kada-El's Tavern and the Octarchal Residence.
