Another proposal: How about setting up a category to collect deletion-requests by a template. In Wikipedia they call that "request for speedy deletion". You put a template on the page saying "This page has been marked for deletion" (or similar) that template also automatically lists the requests in a category, let's say [[:Category:SpeedyDeletion]]. Expanding the players' guide
