Hello, I'm Josellis. As you would have certainly noticed on the recent changes page, I contribute a lot on the PlaneShift Wiki. You'll be able to learn more about me below, how I came about PlaneShift, and what I do in real life.

Josellis

I am a 15 year old male, I was born on the 24/02/1992 at 02:27 AM in Switzerland (by the way, my lucky number is 2 and if you want to know why, look at my birth date and time). I currently live in Australia. I am in year 10, however I am studying year 11 biology and year 12 French and I haven't go anything lower then a A (yes, that means only "A" and "A+", you might want to call me nerd here). I have been writing English since I came to Australia in 2005, and yet in those 2 years, I have learned more words then most of the Australian-natives have in 20 years. An English teacher even had to look a word in the dictionary when correcting my essay!! (you are definitively going to call me a nerd here...). Also, you might have noticed that spelling mistakes make me particularly unhappy, since there is a very simple tool which can be used to prevent these from happening (by the way, I'm talking about that ancient thing called "dictionary"). For those too lazy to look up a word in the dictionary, there is always the wiktionary.

PlaneShift

I came about PlaneShift while looking for a free Massively Multilayer Online Game (MMOG). It might seem strange, but I was actually looking for an MMO First Person Shooting Game (MMOFPS(G)). However I fell on PlaneShift, and liked it. I know play regularly on PlaneShift, when I don't have too many homeworks. Before PlaneShift, I heard the term "RPG", however I never played any RolePlaying Games. It was by playing at PlaneShift that I discovered this strange thing call "RolePlay". At first I was very skeptic, and as you might know, I tried to create a website where players would be able to share spoilers. Luckily, this website never actually got any visitors. After this, I got really annoyed of the RolePlay, it was strange to start, then it was just weird and nearly freaky. After about 6 month of not playing, at decided to come back, and this time I am fully embracing the RolePlaying, although I like my OOC times...

Characters

Josellis Josellis

Yes, this was my first character ever made on PlaneShift. He was a male Klyros. I knew it was set in a medieval era, however I had know idea that it was meant to be RolePlayed, and spoke entirely OOC. However, even before I actually spoke, a diaboli came to me when I was asking for help, and challenged me to duel. I didn't know what to expect, and he sent me strait to the Death Realm. After a while of wandering and falling, I finally met someone who was willing to help me get out. I also met this guy who killed me in the Death Realm (I can remember, I was teasing him). After this, I decided that PlaneShift was crap. Josellis Josellis is now in the dump where all the old characters rest in peace.

Timanel Tigheen

Timanel Tigheen is my second character ever made and is my current character, it is a male Xacha. The name is said "Tim-a-nel Ti-een" (The "igh" is sounded just like in "thigh"). I created him about one month after I left PlaneShift. Before creating him, I read all the manuals, guides, announcements and anything else official, and learned then that PlaneShift was based on RolePlay. I then started creating my first character, with all the events from birth to death. It is currently with this character that I play.

PlaneShift Wiki

As you probably have noticed, I like contributing to the PlaneShift Wiki. I guess the thing I do the most is change a few things such as the titles and remove unnecessary lines. Unfortunately, I also correct many spelling mistakes. I have even seen some mistakes in the title or the article (accentation instead of accentuation, pronounciation instead of pronunciation, ...). I also like contributing and creating new articles, however I find this very time consuming.
