Jomed Parcen

Heavy-set Ylian chef Jomed Parcen is the force behind the famed fare of Kada-El's tavern in Hydlaa. Rarely seen outside the upstairs kitchen, he buys and sells a variety of raw and cooked food, ingredients and cooking equipment and is delighted to impart his skill to aspiring cooks.
